- Seven promising startups selected, including Talos and Innovide… two weeks of intensive on-site acceleration
- Differentiated programs including meetings with global VCs such as Khosla Ventures and Novo Holdings, and workshops with YC founders
- "Not just a field trip, but aiming for tangible outcomes"… building a bridgehead for U.S. market entry
Digital Healthcare Partners (CEO Yoonsup Choi, hereinafter DHP), an investment firm specializing in digital healthcare startups, announced that it has selected the final seven companies to participate in the 'DHP Silicon Valley Bootcamp 2026,' which supports the global expansion of promising domestic digital healthcare startups, and that it will launch its full-scale on-site Silicon Valley program on February 2 local time.
The seven companies selected after intense competition are ▲Lillycover (aesthetic AI solution) ▲Metrit (dementia diagnosis AI solution) ▲Monit (smart diaper monitoring system) ▲Innovide (dental clinic–dental lab connection platform) ▲Talos (brain aneurysm prediction AI) ▲Far Far Away (running record sharing app) ▲Huber (medical AI agent).
After undergoing pre-mentoring in Korea in January, the selected companies will participate in an intensive residential bootcamp held for two weeks starting February 1 in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley area. This on-site program is characterized by a thorough 'hands-on' curriculum that goes beyond a simple field trip, with all participants living and staying together throughout.
Participating teams will directly meet local Silicon Valley experts, founders, and venture capitalists (VCs) to explore opportunities for U.S. market entry and investment. In particular, through a 'VC Round Table' event with participating local VCs such as ▲Novo Holdings ▲Blitzscaling Ventures ▲Starlink Ventures ▲IndieBio, they will conduct IR presentations and receive investment feedback. They will also visit leading Silicon Valley deep-tech venture capital firm Khosla Ventures and biohealthcare accelerator MBC BioLabs, holding meetings with healthcare-focused investment professionals.
Mentoring sessions to pass on local know-how will follow. Through various workshops and meetups with healthcare founders from 500 Global and Y Combinator, participants will gain know-how on local market entry and fundraising, and discuss business partnerships.
In addition, Korean-American experts with extensive experience in the U.S. healthcare and tech industries—including Jung Eun Kim, partner attorney at the Silicon Valley law firm WilmerHale; Ki Yong Han, CEO of Upzen; and Min Soo Seo, CEO of Taewoong Medical USA—will serve as mentors, providing in-depth insights.
DHP CEO Yoonsup Choi stated, "This program is not merely a local tour, but focuses on securing business opportunities and investment for U.S. market entry, and connecting resources that can be applied immediately on the ground," adding, "We will provide full support so that participating companies can secure competitiveness that works in the global market and achieve tangible business outcomes."
Founded in 2016, DHP is Korea's only investment firm specializing in digital healthcare. Led by medical and healthcare experts, it has invested in more than 50 domestic and international digital healthcare startups to date. This bootcamp program is part of Seoul Bio Hub's 'Global Expansion Growth Acceleration Program,' operated by DHP—selected as the executing organization—in collaboration with the local Silicon Valley accelerator Outsome.
