국내 최대의 디지털 헬스케어 행사, DHP 2025가 지난 11월 13일 한국과학기술회관에서 성황리에 개최됐다. 이번 행사는 'AGI 시대의 디지털 헬스케어'를 주제로 인공지능 기술이 가져올 미래 의료의 변화를 중점적으로 논의했다. 오전에는 의료 인공지능 전문가들의 키노트 세션이, 오후에는 DHP가 투자한 8개의 의료 인공지능 스타트업의 데모데이가 진행되었다.
이 행사는 디지털 헬스케어 전문 투자사, 디지털 헬스케어 파트너스 (이하, DHP)가 2017년부터 매년 개최해온 'DHP 데모데이'를 리브랜딩하고 확장한 행사로, 스타트업, 의료계, 투자업계 및 산업계 관계자 1,000명이 참석했다.
오프닝 키노트에서 DHP의 최윤섭 대표는 'AGI 시대의 디지털 헬스케어'를 주제로 근 미래의 AGI (범용인공지능) 구현 가능성을 논하고, 이에 따른 의료의 미래가 어떻게 바뀔 것인지 이야기했다. 특히, 'AI 네이티브 의료 (AI-Native Medicine)'라는 키워드를 제시하며, 미래에는 의료가 인공지능을 기본적인 전제로 하는, 마치 전기와 같은 수준으로 활용할 것이라는 점을 강조했다. 이러한 흐름에 따라, 주요한 5가지 세부 분야로, '슈퍼 휴먼' 인공지능 의사, 멀티 에이전트 의료 AI, 자율 연구 AI, AI 가상 세포, 자율 수술 로봇 등을 꼽으며, 향후 DHP도 이러한 분야의 투자에 집중하겠다고 밝혔다.
이어진 성균관대학교 정규환 교수의 키노트는 'From Perception to Action: 생성형 의료 인공지능의 현황과 미래'를 주제로, 인식, 추론, 행동으로 이어지는 의료 인공지능의 발전을 거시적으로 조망했다.
루닛의 최고 인공지능 책임자 유동근 이사의 키노트는 '파운데이션 모델과 의과학 대전환'을 주제로 루닛이 현재 연구개발 중인 영상의학 및 병리학 파운데이션 모델을 넘어, 분자, 단백질, 오믹스, 신약 및 임상지식을 모두 통합하는 파운데이션 모델의 개발에 대한 비전을 제시했다.
이어서, 바이오넥서스 김태형 대표가 '멀티 에이전트 기반 바이오 연구의 미래'를 주제로, 멀티 에이전트 인공지능을 통한 의생명과학 분야 연구 방식의 혁신을 이야기했다.
마지막 키노트 연사로는 의사 출신의 현직 국회의원인 민주당 차지호 의원이 '커넥티드 인텔리전스와 AI 기본 사회'를 주제로 이번 정부가 지향하는 AI 기본 사회의 측면에서, AI 기본 의료의 개념과 '디지털 기반 1.5차 의료시스템'이라는 비전을 보였다. 1차 의료진과 인공지능 및 원격 전문의 협진을 통해서 지역 의료를 발전시키겠다는 것이다.
오후에는 DHP가 투자한 스타트업 8팀의 발표가 진행되었다. 이번 행사의 주제에 맞게 모두 의료 인공지능 분야의 스타트업으로 구성되었다. 데모데이 1부에서는 의료 인공지능 기술 스타트업들이 발표를 진행했다. 퍼플AI (뇌졸중 진료의 End-to-End 지원 인공지능 플랫폼), 에이인비 (생성형 인공지능 기반의 항체 신약 후보 물질 개발), 티알 (인공지능 기반의 호흡기 질환 진단검사 통합 솔루션), 리소리우스 (정신과 및 신경과 의료인을 위한 초지능) 등이 발표했다.
데모데이 2부는 인공지능을 활용한 의료 분야 플랫폼 및 서비스 스타트업으로 구성되었다. 블루시그넘 (AI 기반 개인 맞춤형 스트레스 관리 솔루션), 팀엘리시움 (AI 기반 차세대 체형 분석 플랫폼), 마이허브 (병의원 대상의 의료 인공지능 통합 서비스 플랫폼), WDTT (AI 기반 일본 시니어케어 플랫폼) 등이 발표했다.
한편, DHP는 이 행사를 통해 매년 디지털 헬스케어 분야의 가장 중요한 화두를 다루고, 전문가들의 인사이트를 공유하며, DHP가 투자한 스타트업을 선보일 계획이다. 이를 통해 디지털 헬스케어 분야의 혁신을 가속화하고, 교류를 촉진하겠다는 것이다. 클로징에서 최윤섭 대표는 내년 DHP 2026은 규모를 더욱 확대하여, 장기적으로는 'JPM 헬스케어 콘퍼런스'와 같이 디지털 헬스케어 분야의 상징적인 행사로 발전하겠다는 비전을 밝혔다. 또한 내년도 DHP 2026를 함께 기획할 후원사와 협력사를 모집한다고도 언급했다.

'Digital Healthcare in the AGI Era': DHP 2025 Concludes Successfully
DHP 2025, Korea's largest digital healthcare event, was held successfully on November 13 at the Korea Science and Technology Center. Under the theme 'Digital Healthcare in the AGI Era,' the event focused on the changes that artificial intelligence technology will bring to the future of medicine. The morning featured keynote sessions by medical AI experts, while the afternoon hosted a demo day showcasing eight medical AI startups backed by DHP.
This event is a rebranded and expanded version of the 'DHP Demo Day,' which Digital Healthcare Partners (hereinafter DHP), a specialized digital healthcare investment firm, has held annually since 2017. It was attended by 1,000 stakeholders from the startup, medical, investment, and industrial sectors.
In the opening keynote, DHP CEO Yoonsup Choi spoke on the theme 'Digital Healthcare in the AGI Era,' discussing the possibility of realizing AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) in the near future and how the future of medicine will change accordingly. In particular, he introduced the keyword 'AI-Native Medicine,' emphasizing that in the future, medicine will treat AI as a fundamental premise, utilizing it much like electricity. In line with this trend, he identified five key sub-areas—'superhuman' AI physicians, multi-agent medical AI, autonomous research AI, AI virtual cells, and autonomous surgical robots—and announced that DHP will concentrate its future investments on these fields.
The following keynote by Professor Kyu-Hwan Jung of Sungkyunkwan University, titled 'From Perception to Action: The Current Status and Future of Generative Medical AI,' offered a macroscopic view of the advancement of medical AI from perception to reasoning to action.
The keynote by Dong-Geun Yoo, Chief AI Officer at Lunit, titled 'Foundation Models and the Great Transformation of Medical Science,' presented a vision for developing foundation models that go beyond the radiology and pathology foundation models Lunit is currently researching, integrating molecules, proteins, omics, drug discovery, and clinical knowledge.
Next, Tae-Hyung Kim, CEO of BioNexus, spoke on the theme 'The Future of Multi-Agent-Based Bio Research,' discussing innovation in biomedical research methods through multi-agent AI.
The final keynote speaker, Ji-Ho Cha, a sitting National Assembly member of the Democratic Party and former physician, spoke on 'Connected Intelligence and an AI-Based Society.' From the perspective of the AI-based society the current government aims for, he presented the concept of AI-based healthcare and a vision of a 'digital-based 1.5-tier medical system.' The idea is to advance regional healthcare through collaboration between primary care providers, AI, and remote specialists.
In the afternoon, eight startups backed by DHP gave presentations. In keeping with the event's theme, all were startups in the medical AI field. Part one of the demo day featured medical AI technology startups. Presenters included Purple AI (an end-to-end AI platform supporting stroke care), AinB (generative AI-based antibody drug candidate development), TR (an AI-based integrated diagnostic solution for respiratory diseases), and Risorius (superintelligence for psychiatric and neurological practitioners).
Part two of the demo day featured healthcare platform and service startups leveraging AI. Presenters included Blue Signum (an AI-based personalized stress management solution), Team Elysium (an AI-based next-generation body shape analysis platform), MyHub (an integrated medical AI service platform for hospitals and clinics), and WDTT (an AI-based senior care platform in Japan).
Meanwhile, through this event, DHP plans to address the most important topics in the digital healthcare field each year, share experts' insights, and showcase the startups it has invested in. In doing so, it aims to accelerate innovation and promote exchange in the digital healthcare field. In the closing session, CEO Yoonsup Choi expressed his vision to expand the scale of next year's DHP 2026 further and, over the long term, to develop it into a symbolic event in the digital healthcare field, like the 'JPM Healthcare Conference.' He also mentioned that DHP is recruiting sponsors and partners to help plan DHP 2026.
